Pricing

MapperTool works on a subscription. Three plans are available: Free, Plus and Pro.

All plans use the same processing pipeline. An orthomosaic from Free is the same orthomosaic you get from Pro. Plans differ in capacity, not in quality of work.

What the plan controls​

  • Images per project. How large an area you can cover in one job.
  • Project access. How many days a finished project and its results stay stored, shown as a countdown on each project card.
  • Processing speed. Queue priority when the system is busy. See dashboard.
  • Processing quality. Low and medium work on every plan. High resolution needs Plus or Pro. See processing quality.
  • Available outputs. Orthomosaic, DSM, DTM and the 3D point cloud are on every plan. NDVI and thermal are Pro only.
  • Downloads and reports. On plans where downloads are not included, the project stays view-only in the browser: result files and the printable report (see managing projects) are both locked behind the same Upgrade prompt.

Billing​

The Billing screen in the app shows your current plan, its image limit, project access period and available outputs, plus Upgrade plan and Compare plans.

  • Payments are handled by Stripe.
  • Choose monthly or annual billing, and your currency. Annual is cheaper per month.
  • The subscription renews automatically with the card on file.
  • Cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • The Free plan needs no card and does not renew.

Invoices​

  • Sent to you by email after every payment.
  • Also listed under Billing history in the app, ready to download.
  • Company invoices are available on request, with your business details.
Good to know

Prices shown on the site are net and do not include VAT.

Discounts and changes​

  • Promotions run from time to time. Our social media channels announce them first.
  • We reserve the right to change prices. Any change to a plan is announced by email in advance.

Education and training partners​

Drone schools, training providers and educational institutions can apply for discounted rates through our partner programme. Get in touch through support with a short description of your organisation and how you intend to use MapperTool.

Start with Free​

The Free plan is not a time-limited trial. Run a real project on your own data, see what the results look like, then pick a paid plan once you know what you need.

You can upload a dataset and run the quality check before registering, so you can check your data first. See starting without an account.
